REVISED AGENDA FOR REUNION

FRIDAY MORNING: On your own getting camp setup etc

FRIDAY FROM NOON TO FIVE:
Set up Mom’s and Grandma’s Brag Table. Tables will be at the church. We would like you to display anything you have made, written, carved, painted, sculpted, pictures, etc., anything you would be willing to share. I know we have lots of talent in our family, from the little ones down to the old ones. Poems, Paintings, Stories, Songs, Essays, Woodworking, Crochet, Machine Embroidery, Pottery, Knitting, Quilts, China Painting, School Projects, etc etc etc. Be sure to label everything so they can be returned. We could have a silent auction if any would like. A genealogy table will be set up for anyone wanting to share histories, journals, etc. A table for white elephants if anyone wants to participate in one.

FRIDAY 5:O’CLOCK:
Horseshoe Tournament: Clark Cabin
Poker Tournament With Aunt Naoma: Clark Cabin
Chess Tournament Begins: Clark Cabin
Marshmallow Gun Fight: Clark Cabin
Volley Ball: Clark Cabin
Fishing Tournament Begins: Check in at Clark Cabin

7pm:? Wiener Roast and Smores around campfire at Clark Cabin (bring your own hot dogs, buns and drinks) I’ll have the catsup, mustard and stuff to make Smores. It might be a good idea to bring a lawn chair. We may run out of logs.  Bring quitars anyone so we can have a sing along.

SATURDAY: 6am: Mountain Bike Trail with Marijeanne, or Quad Trail with Michael. Lots of different trails with different levels of experience. Or you can do it on your own. This would also be a good time to fish for those who will want to do that.

8am: Breakfast at Clark Cabin for those who make reservations at least a week before.  I need to know how many to expect. Ok

11am: Nature Walk and Treasure Hunt from Clark Cabin to the Pond and Back with Aunt Marijeanne. You can bring anything back you can carry in your pockets. (well unless it is illegal) We will have a table to display them. Refresh in the Spa when you get back (aka wading pool.)

On your own for lunch: Several restrauants around the lake. Or fix your own.


2pm: Bubblegum Blowing Contest at Church, Basket Ball, Set up tables for dinner. Face Painting maybe. Make ice cream for root bear floats. ?? Visit and Check out the displays. Revolving Trophies given for tournaments. Visit.

5 pm: Sit down dinner at church. Potluck unless I find out how many are coming. We have thought of making Spagetti and Meat Balls with good bread and Salad. We can do this if we know how many to expect. (good ol Costco) Please let me know. (so far I have no idea who will be coming so better go potluck, bring something to feed your family and we will all share)

Please make arrangements for your own accompanyment. There is a piano and sound System. We will have a CD Player available. (Hoping David brings his sound system) hint hint. I know most of the program is mine and Aunt Middie’s family but we welcome anyone willing. We would love new talent so don’t be shy.

Please get in touch with me if anyone else will be on the program. We will split it up if it gets too long.

9pm: Clean up Church

Sunday: Church for those who would like to attend at 10am. Potluck of left overs from Saturday at Clark Cabin after. Visit Visit Visit or as Don would say, “chew up all the air on the Mountain”

Is this a plan?? Any suggestions please let me know. I am more than eager to comply. 
