Ok so I finally figured out how to load the pictures, thanks for the incentive :) I got a little carried away so there may be duplicates and the comments aren't right next to the pictures but hey I'll get better, I was just happy to have them posted, now if we could get rid of the comments from strangers it would be perfect. Please keep me updated on how things go in Salt Lake!

You can prevent those comments Karen. From your "dashboard", and under settings/comments, you have 3 options: anyone, registered users, or only members of your blog. There are also some related options under settings/basic you might want to look as well.
But, now that I look closer, it would seem you've already found this out for yourself. "This blog does not allow anonymous comments", right below... hmmm
