Well just about every room in the house is now torn apart. I can't beleive it. An inch of dust on everything. A hole and pit on the East side of the house big enough to drive the quad into the house and under our vanity. Well almost. Another one about as big in our closet and one in our bedroom. Dad just came in to tell me they fixed the one leak but it is still dripping somewhere else now. They are now going into plan B. We will have to re-plumb the whole house I guess. I guess something in the water here is eating the copper pipes. Wonderful!! I can't believe it! Wish I had a digital camera so I could post pictures of it. We think we are living a nightmare. I think they are going to go up through the attic and down the walls and it is going to be a major project to say the least. Mari and Jim, save us one of the homes in the new community you are building up there. I think Grandpa is about convinced it is time.
We will be leaving to go to Salt Lake in a few days. Probably on Monday. Dad's Dr. called and we have an appointment on Tuesday. Not sure what will happen but will keep you posted. They may do the Procedure as planned before if the clots are gone.
We spoke with Richard the other day and they are planning Thanksgiving at their new home this year. Kathy and I were going to do it here but this will work better I think. He said they would be contacting everyone and making food assignments etc. They need to know who would be coming.
Melissa has been really sick the past few weeks. I'm concerned about her. She has had some kind of intestinal flue. I hope you are feeling better Lis. Please let us know. When you are up to it I hope you will post.
Welcome to The Roberton's and Crookstons's Blogs. We love it!! It is a great way for us to stay connected.
We love you all and will see some of you this weekend. Take care. Dad seems to be hanging in there. The stress is a bit much but he feels good about having the surgery and not worried about it at all so that has made me feel better. He said " I am not afraid". When he said that I felt our prayers had been answered with confirmation. What was scary is just making the decision. xoxoxoxxoxo

Grandma, make sure you stop by on your way back....I know that there are some homes available, but if you are serious about wanting to rebuild your current house, there are some lots available in a cultasack down the street from mom and I. I am so sorry for the stress that the house has caused, but I am thankful for the possible move. Let us know if we can do anything else...
Love you,
Mari
I am so sorry your house is in such a mess, as if there was nothing else to do but mess with plumbing problems...I've been told they are the worse and I am both sorry that you and Dad are having to mess with it and that I live too far away to be of any help.
We love you
J
