Delicious Pecan Breakfast Roll
18 frozen dinner rolls
1C chopped pecans (I leave mine whole)
1 box butterscotch pudding (not the instant)
1 stick of butter or margerine.
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
Grease bundt pan and sprinkle the nuts around bottom
Next place the frozen rolls
Sprinkle the pudding, uncooked, over the rolls
Next, sprinkle the cinnamon
Melt the butter with the brown sugar and drizzle over the rolls
Let sit on counter overnight, Next morning, after the rolls have risen,
pop in the oven at 350 for 20 or 30 minutes.
Looks beautiful when it comes out. Great for overnight
guests or for Christmas morning with cocoa.
So there you go. I didn't have any pecans and none at our market so I used walnuts. I didn't chop them. The pecans are better but this is good too. I made a little for Dad to sample. I'm going to Costco in the morning and will get pecans. Way easy.
I used Venita's roll recipe (not frozen) and it worked great too. I like the idea of just leaving them overnight though and having them ready for breakfast all hot and gooie. Love you all. xoxox

It was much better using the store bought frozen dinner rolls. Much better and way easier.
