Dr. Eisabeth

This was serious business for Elisabeth. She would take blood pressure, give shots, and check ears and the whole works. Grandpa was really sick it seems. Then she would go out the door and say, I will be right back. (just like the real ones do) She would come back with her camera and take a picture of him for her records I guess. It was cute.

Elisabeth came in with her scriptures one night and got the little stool and then started "studying her scriptures". I sat by her and asked her what she was doing and she said , studying the scriptures, I'm trying to find chapter two, as she kept thumbing through the pages. Then she said oh here it is, and I asked her what did it say and she said, "keep the commandments" She was way serious. Then she tried to teach and read to Jared. It was a precious moment.
We've sort of started a tradition each time we come to visit them. We buy the lamb chops and Jason grills them. They are soooooo good. He does them on the rotisserie. One night I did a stuffed loin of pork that he also did that way and it was wonderful too. I've decided Grandpa and I need to update our grilling options around here.
